Can I book a group visit? Very much so! Groups can enjoy a personal tour from one of our knowledgeable guides. Please see the Group Visits section here
Can I buy a ticket in person on the day? Yes, you are able to buy tickets on arrival
What are your opening times? We are open Tuesday-Sunday from 10am-4pm (last entry 3pm). Please note that as we rely on a team of volunteers, our opening hours can change.
What discounts and special offers do you honour? We honour discounts for Caravan Club Members, Art Fund members and Museums Association members. Carers, students, and children under-16 are admitted free of charge.
How do you ensure visitors with disabilities? We strive to create a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone. It’s a compact site, but we have ramps to the main entrance and lift to the first floor. Please refer to our Access Statement for further details.
Are there toilets? Yes, we have a unisex visitor toilet.
Are there baby changing facilities? No, but there are baby changing facilities in Broadway.
Are buggies allowed? Yes, and there is a lift to take you to the first floor.
Is there a cloakroom? No.
Can I to shop at the museum? Absolutely! You can browse and buy without going into the museum itself. Our UK made crafts and gifts are online too. Every purchase supports the museum.
Can I pay with cash? No. Just card payments and Apple Pay these days.
